I cannot sign-in or log into the app.

When you signup for SoshaLife, you will be sent a confirmation email. Click on the link in the email to confirm it. This will allow you to sign into the app. If you do not see an email in your inbox, please check your spam, junk, bulk mail. If you still can't find the email, please contact us at support@soshalifeapp.com and someone will be help to help you out. Please give the email sometime to arrive before contacting us.

If a paid event gets canceled do I get a refund?

Yes, everyone that RSVP’d for the event will get a full refund. If you do not get refunded, please contact the user that created the event or contact us at Soshalife within 3 days of the event.

Can I delete an event?

Users can only delete a free event right now. Users cannot delete paid events because of the complexities of the payments attached to the event. To delete a paid event, user must contact Soshalife for assistance.

Can I edit an event?

Users can only edit a free event right now. Users cannot edit paid events because of the complexities of the payments attached to the event. To edit a paid event, user must contact Soshalife for assistance.

How can users RSVP for my private event?

Users cannot directly RSVP for a private event. The user that created the private event is the only one that can invite users that either following them or users they are following. Once a user invites you to a private event, you will receive a notification and will be able to see the event on your event timeline. The event will have a notation 'P' on it, to let you know it is a private event. You will not be able to blast or share a private event.

What does the blast button do?

The blast feature gives users the ability to share an event or picture with their followers. When a user blast an event or picture, it will appear on their followers timeline.

What is MySoshaLife?

MySoshaLife is a photo stream populated by pictures posted in the event galleries of users you are following.

I added an event profile image but can’t find it.

When creating an event on Soshalife, a user has the option to have an image or video to appear on their Event Info Page. The video is optional, if a video link is added, it will show up on the event Info Page, if not, the image you added will. Adding an image is mandatory because the image is used as a thumbnail for the event.

How do I add a video to my Event Info Page?

When creating or editing an event, on page 4 of the create event form, there is a field to insert a YouTube link. You must have a video on YouTube, and a link to the video. You should put in the full address as follows, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=icrYG-mYOJgO

If I create a paid event, how do I get paid?

When creating a paid event, you will be instructed to register an account with Stripe and attach your bank information. Stripe is a third-party payment gateway similar to PayPal. Once you are setup and your event is live, we will begin to collect payment on your behalf. Once the event has successfully ended, the total revenue for your event will be transferred to your bank account in 2 to 3 business days.
